During the day we will hear from Essex schools, be challenged and inspired plus there will be opportunities to connect with colleagues.
Explore Putting Instrumental Learning at the Heart of your Curriculum Hear from inspirational keynote speaker YolanDa Brown plus be inspired by a panel of experts in Primary, Secondary and SEND music education.
There will be time to share ideas and support from your colleagues across the County in phase specific breakouts as part of the CPD day.
Primary strand:
- Inspiring singing with Sing Up
- Creative curriculum and composition ideas with Sue Nicholls
Secondary strand:
- Driving music instrumental learning from year 7 up
- Inspiring singing with Sing Up
- Including Youth Voice in your department
SEND strand:
- Creative curriculum and composition ideas with Sue Nicholls
- Inspiring singing with Sing Up in SEND settings
Members of the Essex Music Service Team will be available during the day to discuss ways we can partner with you and provide technical support with the day-to-day business of booking tutors and using Speed Admin.
This course is subsidised from £140 to *£25 by Essex Music Education Hub. The subsidised price is available for staff who work in DFE funded schools served by the Hub. Staff from Independent schools or schools not served by the Hub will be charged £140.
