About this event
Head of Music (Mayflower High School) and Ableton Certified Trainer, James Tuck, will present a webinar focusing on how to utilise a series of free resources and software from Ableton and Melodics. These resources are designed to help guide students through their GCSE performance exams using a grid-based MIDI controller (Ableton Push/launchpad or similar).
Find out how to …
- Learn to play student centric pieces of music on the Melodics software platform.
- Analyse feedback and therefore help to improve student performances.
- Use Ableton Live 11 Intro to perform the pieces of music and record them for assessment.
Alongside James will be Simon Lyon from Ableton. Together they will provide you with all you need to know to access a free Melodics education account and free Ableton Live software.
There will be plenty of time for your questions to James and Simon and they look forward to seeing you in the session.
