Epping Forest Community Music Centre is based in Roding Valley School in Loughton and offers 1-2-1 instrumental music lessons and group theory lessons and ensemble groups. These lessons are available for people in the Loughton area. We offer music lessons for children and teens alike.
Our tutors are extremely experienced and we are currently offering lessons in Piano, Keyboards, Flute, Piccolo, Recorder, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Cornet and Tenor Horn and soon, we are hoping once again to be able to offer drum lessons and also introduce violin and singing lessons.
Epping Forest Community Music Centre is a friendly and welcoming music centre, we pride ourselves on knowing our students (and Parents). We are continuing to grow our music centre and as pupils progress and leave the school system we are always happy to welcome new students. Our students are very loyal and stay with us for many years and we have helped many students pass ABRSM exams and also with their GCSE’s. Our students form a great bond with their tutor which is so important to their learning.
At the end of each term we hold a short concert which is an opportunity for all of our students to showcase their learning by performing in front of the parents, fellow students and tutors. All of this helps to build their confidence and recently we had a student perform after only 4 weeks of lessons.
